Job Description
At OverIT, we leverage advanced technologies such as machine learning (ML), augmented reality (AR), the Internet of Things (IoT), and geographic information systems (GIS) to ensure the infrastructures essential to our daily lives remain always operational.
Job Requirements
3+ years of experience as Project Manager using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies in other SaaS companies or system integrators.
Proven experience delivering complex projects, leading cross‑functional teams, and employing best practices, adequate tools (e.g., Microsoft 365, Atlassian, Azure, SAP ByD), and procedures (e.g., SecDevOps).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for presenting project aspects to top management executives internally and on the client side.
Experience gathering customer requirements, product backlog prioritization, developing effort estimations/planning, and issuing Statements of Work.
Fluent English, both spoken and written (B2).
Desired certifications: PMI‑ACP / CSM / CSPO / PMP / ITIL / PRINCE.
Willingness to travel to the customer’s premises.
Job Responsibilities
Project Planning: define project scope, goals, and deliverables; develop project plans and resource requirements.
Team Management: assign tasks and responsibilities, monitor team performance, provide feedback, foster a positive team environment, manage conflicts, and resolve issues.
Communication and Stakeholder Management: manage stakeholders’ expectations and requirements, and facilitate communication among team members.
Risk Management: identify potential risks and develop risk mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle.
Quality Assurance: ensure project deliverables meet quality standards, conduct quality audits and reviews, and implement quality improvement processes.
Project Closure: conduct post‑mortem meetings, close out contracts and deliverables, and archive project documents and artifacts.
Customer Centricity: collaborate with Solutions Architects and other technical resources to articulate customers’ needs and identify new potential business opportunities.
