Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Manage internal and external customer delivery projects from start to finish.
Conduct presales consultations and develop/manage project business cases to ensure proper project initiation and customer engagement.
Plan projects effectively in line with business priorities, considering costs and timelines. Engage with stakeholders and manage project resources efficiently within a matrix organization.
Maintain excellent written and verbal presentation skills.
Present confidently to clients and internal teams.
Establish stakeholder management and communication plans, ensuring effective governance aligned with project needs.
Collaborate with customer stakeholders and team members to set realistic project goals, create appropriate delivery structures, and establish accountability.
Maintain high standards of project accounting and financial reporting, respecting budgets and margins.
Ensure revenue and cost recognition align with company policies.
Control project changes according to commercial controls and strategic priorities.
Plan and manage project risks, issues, and contingencies to ensure timely completion and delivery.
Create and manage professional project artifacts, maintaining high standards.
Develop and update project plans, communicate progress clearly to all stakeholders.
Manage project closure and delivery continuity, validating outcomes against scope.
Continuously improve project management processes and procedures, especially in line with agile and DevOps practices.
Promote best practices and act as a change agent within the organization.
Identify and present business change opportunities to senior management.
Research industry standards and propose improvements.
Deliver activities aligned with performance objectives.

Who Are We Looking For
We seek big thinkers who can drive positive change, show initiative, and have a passion for learning and growth. Specifically:

Minimum 5 years of experience in a customer-facing or project management role.
Proven experience delivering projects within a technology environment.
Self-motivated with high initiative and enthusiasm, requiring minimal supervision.
Ability to analyze and present business cases, project goals, and progress to senior management.
Experience managing multiple projects in a matrix environment.
Experience with Agile methodologies is highly valued.
Experience in financial services and issuing processes is preferred.
PMP or PRINCE2 Practitioner certification (or equivalent) is preferred.
