We are seeking a highly skilled Production Manager to join our team in Origgio (VA). As a key member of our production department, you will be responsible for leading the team and driving productivity improvements.Collaborate with the Operations Director and Production Coordinators to define production targets and workflows;Develop and implement operational calendars that regulate activities, timings, and methods;Manage technical issues with Production Coordinators, focusing on problem-solving and continuous improvement;Ensure machinery and equipment maintenance;Plan and manage maintenance schedules in collaboration with Production Coordinators;Generate and maintain production reports to track performance.The ideal candidate should have :Previous experience in production management;A Master's degree in a technical field, preferably scientific;Ability to work on Saturdays for maintenance supervision tasks;
