About Fiskaly
Millions of people interact with Fiskaly every day, even if they don’t realize it. As a B2B company, we power the retail technology behind digital receipts and secure, legally compliant transactions. In Italy, we help retailers go fully digital and eliminate the need for hardware like fiscal printers to issue and manage receipts. By making receipts tamper‑proof through digital signatures, we help fight tax fraud. And with our paperless receipt solution, we offer consumers a modern alternative while helping merchants streamline their operations. Our mission is simple: make receipts easy for everyone.
The Role
As a Senior PM, you will own a key slice of our product roadmap. You will sit at the intersection of regulation, technology, and business. You are expected to be a "Product CEO" for your area, driving strategy, not just managing a backlog. We explicitly expect you to use AI as a force multiplier, integrating LLMs, data tools for churn prediction, and more.
What You’ll Do

Strategy & Roadmap:

Own the vision: Define the roadmap for your product line, ensuring it aligns with our broader mission.
Data‑driven prioritization: Evaluate opportunities and risks using data and AI insights.
Commercial mindset: Shape pricing, packaging, and go‑to‑market strategies.

Execution & Delivery:

From law to code: Translate complex fiscal and market requirements into clear product specifications, using AI drafting tools.
Backlog management: Ensure the engineering team always has clear, refined tickets and AI‑generated acceptance criteria.
Compliance: Ensure your product meets local regulations and certification standards.

Collaboration & Leadership:

Cross‑functional orchestration: Lead initiatives involving engineering, sales, and compliance.
AI champion: Encourage adoption of AI and automation.
Mentorship: Help junior PMs grow by sharing best practices.

What You Bring

Experience: 3‑4 years of hands‑on product management, managing a product through its lifecycle.
Domain knowledge: Fintech, RegTech or compliance‑heavy SaaS.
AI‑augmented workflow: Actively use AI tools for research, drafting, or data analysis.
Business acumen: Understand LTV, CAC, churn, and build business cases.
Stakeholder management: Communicate and align with Sales VP and Lead Engineer.
Languages: Fluent English; Italian mandatory.

What We Offer

A team that gives you space to grow, take ownership, and learn from trying.
25 vacation days per year if based in Austria.
Flexible working hours and a hybrid work setup.
Budget for personal and professional development.
Hardware of your choice (Windows, Linux, or Mac).
A company culture that values clarity, well‑being, and good work over noise.
