To help fuel that growth, we need a Product Manager to join our Product team. This team is guided by what our customers want. As part of this team, you’ll help us turn user needs into seamless solutions – informed by our design, data and business strategy. From discovery to delivery, you’ll work closely with designers, engineers and analysts to build solutions that are beautiful, functional and measurable.

What You’ll Do
Product definition and discovery: Lead product discovery efforts and define a detailed roadmap and product specifications for a number of complex use cases and stakeholders.
Prioritization and planning: Prioritize and plan product development efforts by partnering with development teams, product managers, and business leaders.
Product delivery: Collaborate with a cross‑functional agile team to deliver on your plans, organize and participate in day‑to‑day activities, and ensure everyone is aligned and working towards the same goals.
Stakeholder management: Manage relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, including business leaders, technology teams, analysts, and senior management.
What We’re Looking For
At least 3 years of experience as a Product Manager for software products, working within cross‑functional teams.
A lean, user‑centric approach to solving complex business problems.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Italian and English, with the ability to clearly articulate technically and strategically complex concepts to diverse audiences at all levels.
A pragmatic mindset, with the ability to perform well under pressure and meet ambitious targets.
Strong understanding or awareness of data modelling and the data‑related implications of product decisions.
Comfortable working independently in ambiguous or fast‑changing environments.
Nice‑to‑Have
Experience in the insurance sector or other regulated industries.
Experience launching products in new markets.
Experience in B2B products (or SAAS).
