OverviewAs market leaders in the consumer and SMB networking space TP-LINK ITALY S.R.L is looking for a driven, dynamic and ambitious professional to further enhance the technical team. This will allow the successful candidate to make a significant impact and truly play a part in the development and success of the TP-LINK business moving forwards.The ideal candidate must have a solid background in market product and technical trend, networking technical knowledge and solutions and basic understanding about account and project management. He/She will work within the TP-LINK B2B team together with the other team members to help to develop the business. The preferred candidate is based in Rome or Milan, but valid candidates from different regions in the South of Italy will also be taken into excellent consideration.Key responsibilitiesDesign and configure advanced networking solutions and architectures;Introduce product roadmaps and new features to partners and internal departments; conduct technical workshops; transfer product/solution know-how;Assist partners/customers/beneficiaries with technical consultations/tests;Market research and technical comparisons with competitor’s products/solutions;Test device/solutions and provide feedback to HQ regarding the functionality;Provide technical support and network assessment on strategic projects for partners and companies;Work effectively within a team environment and offer support to other areas of the business when required, e.g., tradeshows, training activities and customer events.Desired Skills and ExperienceBachelor degree in Telco Engineering (or in the relevant area)Ideally 3+ years professional experience in a Presales position for networking solutionsStrong technical background and competences: advanced network architectures; general IP routing and switching principles; deep understanding of cloud concepts and different deployment models; CCNA/CCNP Certifications preferredPractical experience with PON networks is a strong advantage but not mandatoryVery good knowledge of Italian and good English in spoken and writtenVery good social, communication and organizational skills to manage the customer on the technical side and basic understanding about account and project managementTeam player with the ability to support the sales department and prioritize casesAbility to provide written and verbal explanations of technical aspects to a non-technical audienceAdditional informationSeniority level: Mid-Senior levelEmployment type: Full-timeJob function: Sales and Business DevelopmentIndustries: IT Services and IT Consulting
