Informazioni Sul Ruolo
Come Operatore Senior di Trattamento Termico, imposterai e utilizzerai apparecchiature per il trattamento termico (Forno) per completare il trattamento termico post-saldatura e il trattamento termico localizzato. Riporterai al Responsabile della Fabbricazione Nucleare e sarai basato a Monfalcone, Italia. Lavorerai in sede.
Responsabilità Principali

Preparazione del forno o delle attrezzature di trattamento localizzato:
Preparare il forno o le attrezzature di trattamento termico localizzate per le operazioni ed eseguire i controlli preliminari.
Azionare il forno o le attrezzature di trattamento termico localizzate secondo la procedura, monitorare i cicli di riscaldamento e raffreddamento, regolare e controllare le temperature e i tempi di riscaldamento leggendo strumenti e grafici della temperatura.
L'operatore del trattamento termico rileva eventuali malfunzionamenti del forno o delle attrezzature di trattamento termico localizzate e informa i supervisori.
Scollegare il forno o le attrezzature di trattamento termico localizzate e riporre i componenti nelle posizioni di stoccaggio.
L'operatore del trattamento termico sposta le parti o i componenti del forno in posizione, manualmente o con paranchi o gru.

Qualifiche

Diploma professionale
Minimo 5 anni di esperienza
