Job Description Summary

Accountable for departmental planning and operational execution of specialized tasks within a technical discipline. Operates with a degree of autonomy while aligning with established policies and outcome expectations.
Flexibility in approach is encouraged, provided deliverables meet predefined standards in terms of quality, volume, and timeliness.
Roles and Responsibilities

Contribute to the implementation of MES solutions utilizing the Software Suite and Agile Methodologies. Own technical deliverables during the entire lifecycle of the projects. Engage throughout the full lifecycle of assigned projects, participating in decisions on architecture, design, and functionality to keep programs on track in terms of budget, time, and customer expectations.
Work closely with the client to understand their needs and develop strategies tailored to their organization through site assessments. Make standard recommendations on workflow, application, interface, reports, testing and uploads to customers through the implementation process. Responsible for go-live readiness and support as well as post-live checkups.
Develop specialized knowledge in their discipline. Serve as a best practice/quality resource. Have awareness of latest technical developments in own area and contribute towards strategy and policy development, ensuring delivery within area of responsibility.
Have in-depth knowledge of best practices and how the area integrates with others; have working knowledge of competition and differentiating factors in the market.
Use judgment to make decisions or solve moderately complex tasks or problems in areas of operational/product management, manufacturing, technology or engineering. Apply technical experience and expertise for data analysis to support recommendations.
Act as a resource for colleagues with less experience. May lead small projects with moderate risks and resource requirements, explain difficult or sensitive information, build consensus, and develop persuasion skills to influence others.

Required Qualifications

Advanced experience in Services & Digital Implementation Services, comparable to a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college, or a high school diploma with relevant experience.
Language Requirements: Proficient in English.
Travel Requirement: availability to travel up to 25-30%.
