Senior Media Buyer

Role Overview
We’re looking for a Media Buyer to manage and scale our paid advertising campaigns across multiple channels (Meta, Google, TikTok, and others). The ideal candidate is data-driven, creative, and experienced in performance marketing, with a strong understanding of e-commerce funnels, ROAS optimization, and audience targeting for premium brands.
Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across social and search platforms.
Manage ad budgets efficiently to maximize ROI and achieve growth targets.
Collaborate with the creative and onboarding teams to align visuals and messaging.
Analyze campaign data, prepare reports, and recommend actionable insights.
Test new ad formats, audiences, and creatives to improve performance.
Stay current on digital trends and competitor activities in the luxury sector.

Requirements

4–7 years of experience in media buying or performance marketing.
Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
Affiliate marketing platforms
Experience with pixel tracking, A/B testing, and conversion funnels.
Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel/Sheets and analytics tools.
Fluent in English; Italian or Greek is a plus.
Experience in fashion or e-commerce is highly desirable.
