Overview
Developing and implementing annual marketing plans to support enrolment goals.
Managing multi-channel campaigns (digital, print, OOH, PR, social media).
Overseeing design projects and producing marketing collateral when needed.
Partnering with school leadership and admissions teams to deliver tailored campaigns.
Monitoring performance, optimising activity, and managing budgets.
Building strong stakeholder relationships and ensuring brand consistency.
Build strong stakeholder relationships with the regional CEO and central marketing teams.
Qualifications
5-7 years' experience in a cross-channel marketing position.
Strong multi-channel marketing expertise across digital, PR, collateral, and social.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
A hands-on approach, with the ability to manage projects from strategy to execution.
Sharp commercial awareness, with experience using insights to drive results.
Fluency in Italian and English is essential.
