Director, the Business Development Senior Manager is responsible for the planning, execution, and evaluation of strategic initiatives. Actively managing relationships between Business Development and business project teams, the Senior Manager is able to efficiently manage the hub team’s thinking and problem solving process, while ensuring the highest quality standardsResponsibilitiesStrategy: Co-Lead strategic thinking across departments (and channels), ensuring holistic alignment across Hub Strategic plansSupport to the overall SE Hub Strategic Plan & 5-year Vision, working with key senior stakeholders for implementationContribute to the PVH strategic planning process by managing PVH Corp., HQ and local leadership to meet the yearly planning agendaCo-Lead the problem solving process: manage the structuring of issues, the running of analyses, and the development of actionable recommendations for the businessDrive, together with the Snr. Director the definition of Hub transformation agendaDrive process improvements: Identify areas of inefficiencies and coordinate with relevant senior stakeholders to facilitate actionable improvementsProgram Management: Project Lead for selected long term local BD projects: from analysis to implementationSupport the Dnr. Director to provide central coordination point for MD requests/inputs: related to Big picture/ Long term strategic projectsContact person on behalf of the Snr. Direcor to the entire hub for projects’ related tasks and various strategic questionsUndertake analysis on Business Plans: providing commentary & recommendations to relevant stakeholdersOwn and drive the preparation of top management business presentations and Steering CommitteesRequirements7+ years of experience in strategy consulting with a top tier firm or similar in-house position in the fashion, apparel retail or consumer goods industry; 1+ years of management experienceUniversity degree from a leading business school/university.
