About The Role
You will own the global Local SEO strategy for Fever's own and parents portfolio experiences. This is a highly strategic role where you will be responsible for defining and executing scalable Local SEO initiatives that drive organic visibility and business growth across all our international markets. You will be the go-to expert for all things related to Local SEO, providing key insights to senior leadership and collaborating with cross-functional teams to maximize our presence.
Develop and lead a comprehensive global Local SEO strategy to maximize the visibility and performance of all our experiences across all local listings on Google Maps, Apple Maps, Bing Places, Naver Maps, TripAdvisor, Yelp and other key local ecosystems.
Define and optimize scalable workflows for creating, monitoring, and managing local listings across all global experiences.
Conduct in-depth analysis of local search rankings, traffic, and user behavior to identify strategic opportunities and risks, providing actionable insights.
Influence and collaborate with product, marketing, and engineering teams to leverage synergies and implement on-site and off-site optimizations that improve our local search visibility.
Influence on the naming of new Fever owned venues, ensuring each name is optimized for local search from the initial stages.
Lead the discovery and implementation of new technologies and automation tools to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our Local SEO efforts.
Provide strategic reports and insights to senior stakeholders, demonstrating the impact of Local SEO on brand awareness and ticket sales.
About You
Proven track record of developing and executing successful Local SEO strategies for large-scale, multi-location businesses, with at least 4 years of relevant experience.
Extensive experience managing local listings at scale with platforms such as Localistico, Uberall, or Partoo.
Possess a deep understanding of current SEO practices, including on-page, off-page, and technical SEO, with a special focus on Local Search.
A highly critical thinker and effective problem-solver with the ability to translate data into strategic and actionable recommendations.
Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
Possess up-to-date knowledge and maintains current SEO practices
Working experience with most common SEO tools (Semrush, Ahrefs, Screaming )
Working experience working with analytical tools (GA, GSC, Mixpanel, Looker Studio...)
Strong personal ownership, high level of initiative and work well in a team environment
Excellent Spanish & English written and oral communication skills
