Based in Milan or Rome, you will report directly to the Head of Construction and play a key role in managing medium-voltage (MV) solar projects from pre-construction through to commissioning. These sites are anywhere from 5MW to 10MW in size.Key Responsibilities:Lead day-to-day site operations, ensuring project milestones, quality, safety, and budget targets are metManage subcontractors, site teams, and construction partnersCoordinate with engineering, procurement, and permitting teamsMonitor progress and report regularly to the Head of ConstructionEnsure compliance with Italian construction regulations and grid connection requirementsRequirements:5+ years’ experience in solar PV construction, ideally utility-scale projectsStrong knowledge of MV electrical systemsExperience working for an IPPFluent in Italian and EnglishWillingness to travel to project sites across Northern ItalyThis is an opportunity to join a mission-driven IPP at the forefront of Italy’s energy transition
