1. Serve and support legal issues of Group in Europe, including but not limited to :a. The first contact for EU subsidiaries in Group Legal Department.b. Draft and review contracts, e.g. commercial, employment, and etc.c. Consult on legal inquiries related to business and operations from EU subsidiaries.d. Assist in handling arbitration and disputes.e. Conduct business-related legal research and manage legal inventory.f. Strong ability to translate legal concepts and regulatory instructions into plain language and improve delivery to EU subsidiaries.2. Consult, advise, and train on business-related compliance issues for EU subsidiaries.3. Manage corporate governance information of EU subsidiaries.
