Responsibilities

Provide technical leadership, guidance, and support to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Lead and participate in requirements gathering and analysis, ensuring alignment with business and technical objectives.
Design and validate technical solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability.
Contribute to coding activities to support critical development phases and ensure adherence to architectural standards.
Oversee and support testing processes, ensuring software quality and compliance with specifications.
Manage version control and release processes, maintaining code integrity and proper documentation.

Mandatory Skills Description

Design, develop, and maintain bespoke application with dashboards and analytical tools using SQL and Java and TypeScript , Spring Boot and React .
Collaborate with users and teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Optimize data models and cube structures for performance and scalability
Support integration with upstream systems and ensure data consistency across bank platforms
