We are looking for a Senior Java Software Engineer experienced in cloud-native development to join our team and contribute to the design and implementation of scalable and innovative solutions.
About This Vacancy

The selected individual will work closely with PMs, stakeholders, software architects, and engineering managers to translate business requirements into high-level technical solutions.
Collaborate in analyzing business requirements with PMs and stakeholders.
Define technical solutions in synergy with the team, software architects, and engineering managers.
Document solutions in detailed technical specifications.
Estimate the effort required for each activity and support planning.
Implement robust and scalable cloud-native solutions.
Validate and review deliverables according to established quality criteria.
Provide support during testing and troubleshooting phases.

What We Expect From You

Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or similar.
Advanced experience with Java and cloud-native backend development.
In-depth knowledge of microservices architectures and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
Familiarity with Agile methodologies for project management.
Experience in coordinating small working groups.
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Effective communication and interaction with the team and stakeholders.
Inclination for mentoring and supporting junior resources.
Fluency in both Italian and English.
