Additionally, the candidate will support business impact analysis and risk assessments, identifying potential threats and assessing their impact.Key Responsibilities:- Develop and/or update IT directives and policies in compliance with organizational needs- Support the development of solution architectures to ensure efficient and reliable IT services- Define service availability and capacity to meet organizational goals- Improve business processes to enhance IT service delivery- Align service design with enterprise IT strategy and organizational objectives- Support the development of standards, procedures, and guidelines for implementing data protection and business continuityRequirements:- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field- Experience in IT field, Enterprise IT governance, Information Governance, Business Continuity, and Data Protection- Strong technical skills in ITSM and ITIL- Excellent business process management and improvement capabilities- Proven experience in international, multicultural work environments is a plusPreferred Qualifications:- 5+ years of relevant professional experience in the IT field- Proven experience in business process management and improvement- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills- Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
