Our success is based on the passion, design expertise and innovative strength of our more than 13,000 employees in 42 countries.Want to become part of us? #shapeandcreateYour ResponsibilitiesTake full ownership of the entire recruitment lifecycle – from initial needs assessment to contract signing.Design and implement innovative recruiting strategies to identify, attract, and engage top talents.Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners and service providers to broaden our talent pipeline.Act as a trusted advisor to our leaders on all matters related to talent acquisition and selection.Continuously optimize and enhance recruitment processes, tools, and best practices.Your ProfileDegree in Human Resources, Business Administration, related field – or a comparable qualification.At least 3 to 5 years of hands-on recruiting experience, we will evalute profile coming from Head Hunting / Recruiting companies or from recruiter role in Multinational CompanyUp to date with the latest recruiting trends, tools, and sourcing methods.Strong communication and negotiation skills, paired with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.Proficiency in HR systems, ideally Workday.Fluent in English (minimum C1), German will be considered an advantage.
