This is a fantastic opportunity to shape HR practices across a growing retail estate and play a key role in driving people initiatives that truly make a difference. The role: You'll partner closely with retail leaders across the region to deliver best‑in‑class HR support, focusing on employee relations, recruitment, engagement, and performance management. This is a hands‑on, visible role where you'll be in‑store as much as behind the laptop, building trusted relationships and ensuring the retail teams feel supported and inspired.Key responsibilitiesActing as the go‑to HR contact for retail teams across EMEALeading the full recruitment process for store rolesDriving employee engagement, retention strategies, and performance reviewsManaging ER matters including conflict resolution, grievances, and disciplinary casesLeading salary review processes and supporting HR budgeting/forecastingEnsuring compliance with local employment legislation and company policiesPartnering with L&D and Retail Training teams to support employee developmentProviding regular HR reporting, workforce planning and data analysisAbout You5+ years' HR generalist experience within a multi‑site retail environment, ideally across EMEAStrong knowledge of labor law and HR best practiceProven experience in employee relations and performance managementA proactive, organised approach and the ability to manage multiple prioritiesConfidence in building trusted relationships across different cultures and languagesFluency in English (additional European languages such as French, Italian, Spanish or German are a plus)Passion for retail, people, and creating a positive employee experienceWhy Apply?This is a unique chance to join a brand with strong heritage and an exciting future.
