Your Responsibilities

Understand, apply and communicate the HR strategy in all day to day activities
First point of contact to advise and support employees and managers at all levels on HR issues
Execute all employee lifecycle processes, from first to last day in the company
Closely support organisational change and development processes and ensure a structured approach to skills development (definition and implementation of career plans, growth paths, skills matrix, etc.)
Manage disciplinary procedures in accordance with current legislation and company policies
Ensure compliance with legal employment requirements (social security audits, tax authorities, labour office/social security, GDPR, health insurance)
Strong collaboration with HR Administration and all other HR areas to ensure accuracy of data/documentation and best service to employees

Your Qualifications & Skills

Several years of experience in the role of HR Generalist/HR Business Partner
In-depth knowledge of labour laws and regulations to ensure corporate compliance
Understanding of the company's organisational models and in particular processes as they relate to HR touch points; expertise in implementing HR strategies that support business objectives
Expertise in managing staff training and development programmes and knowledge of performance appraisal systems, including 360 degree feedback and skills analysis
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with both employees and managers
Empathy and emotional intelligence
Problem‑solving skills, identify problems and find effective business solutions
Ability to work independently and in team and collaborate with Management, Talent Acquisition and HR Centre of Service
Excellent knowledge of English and Italian or German
