We are seeking a polished and experienced Senior Hostess to be the welcoming face of our restaurant. You will play a pivotal role in creating first and lasting impressions, managing reservations, and ensuring seamless front-of-house operations. Key Responsibilities

Greet and warmly welcome guests, providing personalized and attentive service from arrival to departure
Manage reservations efficiently using the restaurant’s booking system
Coordinate seating arrangements to optimize flow and guest satisfaction
Assist with handling guest inquiries and special requests promptly and professionally
Lead and mentor junior host staff, fostering a collaborative and positive atmosphere
Liaise closely with the management and service team to maintain smooth operations
Uphold the highest standards of hospitality and presentation reflective of a luxury brand

Qualifications & Experience

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a hostess or front-of-house supervisory role, preferably within luxury dining or hotel environments
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced, high-pressure setting
Proficiency in reservation and table management systems
Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
Polished appearance and demeanor, with a passion for delivering impeccable guest service
