OverviewImproving Workplace Safety as a Junior HSE SpecialistThe company is looking for a skilled Junior HSE Specialist to join its Home Care team. As a key member of the group, you will play a vital role in improving the overall health, safety, and environmental performance of the organization.ResponsibilitiesYou will monitor and analyze HSE trends, identifying areas for improvement and providing regular reports to senior management.Audit of HSE standards across the group's units and societies, with detailed reporting and recommendations.Contribute to the development and updating of the company's HSE system, ensuring alignment with best practices and legislation.Collaborate with external partners, contractors, and territorial structures to ensure compliance with HSE requirements.Support and train HSE teams within individual group companies, sharing best practices and creating informative materials.Prepare informative materials on HSE standards for use by group companies in employee training and awareness programs.Organize meetings with foreign group representatives to exchange experiences and promote harmonization of HSE standards.Develop and implement targeted HSE campaigns to promote a culture of safety and raise awareness among employees about specific risks.Analyze accidents, injuries, and near-misses to identify causes and prevent their recurrence.QualificationsUniversity degree in a science-related field relevant to the role.Good knowledge of English (B2 level or higher).Good understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proactivity, flexibility, and ability to work in a team.Possibility of short business trips (up to 2 / 3 days).What We OfferFixed-term contract as a substitute for maternity leave, with remuneration according to the Industry Chemicals Collective Bargaining Agreement.Opportunity to work in a continuously evolving Italian company with a strong international presence.Flexibility in working hours and smart working arrangements.
