We are looking for a forward‑thinking senior frontend engineer to join our technical team. You will work remotely with engineers across the UK, Germany, Turkey, Poland, Italy, Spain, and Portugal. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with product owners, designers, and other engineers to deliver high‑quality, maintainable code and contribute to the overall architecture and strategy of our frontend stack.
Responsibilities

Collaborate with product owners, product managers, UI designers, and engineers to write technical documentation that identifies project requirements and high‑level technical analysis.
Write well‑formulated, testable, and readable code using appropriate design patterns.
Diagnose and solve page‑load and other performance issues.
Debug and fix bugs across our applications.
Write unit, integration, and end‑to‑end tests.
Participate in code reviews.
Review, maintain, and refactor existing code to meet new or improved requirements.
Document code, algorithms, and APIs.
Assist in drafting end‑user manuals.
Identify, evaluate, and communicate frontend best practices.

Skills

Expert level knowledge of TypeScript or JavaScript (ES6) and common styling libraries.
Strong grasp of the React framework, patterns, and best practices.
Good understanding of UI/UX best practices and considerations.
Experience with frontend observability tools such as Sentry, LogRocket, Datadog, or New Relic.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, ArgoCD).
Awareness of common frontend security risks (e.g., XSS, CSRF).
Passion for writing clean, modular, scalable, well‑commented, readable, and reusable code.
Ability to think out of the box with a can‑do attitude to get things done efficiently.
Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate technical concepts in plain English.
Capability to coach junior and mid‑level developers through code reviews and pair programming.

Experience And Qualifications

5+ years of commercial React and TypeScript experience.
