Join us in our dynamic team as we seek an experienced Accounting Professional to oversee the accounts receivable and payable processes. This exciting role offers a unique opportunity to work with a leading hospitality company, delivering exceptional services and creating lasting memories for our guests.The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the accounts receivable process, ensuring timely and accurate allocation of payments. They will also perform daily cash and credit card reconciliations, reviewing and reconciling guest paid-out transactions in a prompt and accurate manner.Additionally, this individual will review and reconcile daily income and transactions, ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures. They will manage reconciliations of deposit accounts and other balance sheet accounts, and ensure accurate and timely processing and reporting of city tax obligations.This Accounting Professional will provide support to the Accounts Payable function, including invoice review, coding, and posting of invoices. They will collaborate with operational departments to ensure correct cost allocation and compliance with internal controls.We are looking for an individual with strong knowledge of general accounting principles and Italian fiscal law. A strong understanding of both accounts receivable and accounts payable processes is essential, along with familiarity with analytical accounting and cost center management.Knowledge of Business Central and Opera Cloud is highly preferred, but not required.
