Join our Finance as our new Senior financial accountant and work with us to close the gap to a sustainable future.Your new roleAs our new Senior Financial accountant, you will be part of Central European Finance & Administration team. Our team is vibrant, innovative, international and supportive. You will be managing a CE organisation, such as Italy, Spain, Belgium, Netherland, Portugal or any other new countries in Europe as we expand, you will support the team abroad and collaborate with colleagues from different countries.Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulationsBe responsible for monthly and yearly closure of books of accounts as per Group calendar and deadlinesPrepare and submit all required tax filings and ensure compliance with all tax laws (including VAT, WHT and statistical reports, among others)Support the annual audit process and liaise with external auditorsEnsure compliance to internal Group policies relating to finance functions and fulfil internal requirement such as Cash forecastCoordinate Finance Shares Service Centre in India, supporting queries, having regular dialogue, finding opportunities improvement, managing the performance of relevant teams through feedback and analysis if processes and with other key functions in Ramboll - Group Treasury, Group Tax, transformation team, Group Audit etcManage non standard F&A transactionsRepresent F&A in integration process of new acquired company with presence in Italy, Spain, Belgium, Netherland, PortugalIntegrate and harmonize financial systems (ERP, accounting software) across the acquired entities, ensuring smooth data flow and reportingEnsure clear communication with key stakeholdersEnsure the successful implementation of new software or tools in compliance with local regulationsAbout youFluent in both written and spoken English and ItalianDegree or bachelor in economics, finance or similarAt least 8-10 years experience in the role and in a multinational companyIn-depth knowledge of accounting principlesConfident using ERP software and working with international teamsExcellent project management, organisational, and communication skillsVery good ability in time management, Team coordination, problem solving and precisionWhat we can offer youCommitment to your developmentLeaders guided by our Leadership PrinciplesA culture that welcomes you as the unique person you areInspiration from colleagues, clients, and projectsThe long-term thinking of a foundation-owned companyFlexible work environmentOpportunity of remote workingReady to join us?Please submit your application and CV online.
