If this speaks to your values and ambition, we invite you to apply today!The PositionsIn this role, you’ll partner across the organization to drive transparency, ensure compliance alignment, and foster a culture of responsibility. This role calls for sharp analytical skills and strong communication with various stakeholders at various levels.Additionally in this role you will:Lead the development and rollout of ethics and compliance programs, policies, and procedures aligned with organizational goals.Conduct risk assessments, monitor business trends, and adapt strategies to mitigate emerging compliance risks.Drive awareness through engaging training and communication, fostering a company-wide culture of integrity and accountability.Oversee internal investigations with rigor and impartiality, reporting findings and actions to leadership and stakeholders.Partner with teams and leadership as a trusted advisor to embed ethical guidance into decision-making and strategy.Represent Novo Nordisk in compliance networks and maintain active dialogue with partners and industry bodies.In this role, you'll help shape the compliance backbone of our growing site, making a real impact where it counts. It’s a hybrid position, with 3 days a week in our Manufacturing site in Anagni.QualificationsTo be successful in this role, we imagine that you have:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field; an advanced degree (MBA, JD) or a compliance certification (e.g., CCEP) is a strong plus.5+ years of experience in ethics and compliance, preferably within the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or biotechnology industries.Fluency in both English and Italian, as the role requires regular interaction with our Global team.In-depth knowledge of relevant regulations and industry standards, including anti-corruption laws, data privacy regulations, and healthcare compliance requirements.Proven track record of developing and executing compliance programs, policies, and training initiatives.Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess risks and develop tailored solutions.About the DepartmentIn this role, you’ll join a growing team at the heart of an exciting expansion project, working alongside with dedicated professionals across different functions. You’ll report directly to the Finance & Procurement Director.
