Your team
Payrails’ Sales Team engages with enterprise merchant prospects to drive new revenue. Our mission is to:
Understand the requirements and pain points of merchant prospects/clients
Execute complex solutions sharply scoped and relevant to merchants
Maintain relevance and valuable interactions with merchants
As an Enterprise Sales Executive, you will drive growth by expanding our customer base.
How you will make an impact
Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close with a focus on results.
Leverage industry contacts to generate leads and facilitate introductions.
Build relationships with prospects to identify problems and propose solutions.
Prioritize target accounts and key decision‑makers, focusing on C‑level executives.
Collaborate with the founding team to iterate sales processes.
Provide sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reports.
Identify methods to meet and exceed sales targets.
Gather customer feedback to inform product roadmap.
What we are looking for
6+ years of experience selling high ACV software products to enterprise customers with a proven track record of complex solution sales to C‑level executives.
A builder mindset, willing to wear multiple hats in a dynamic environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to simplify complex solutions.
Highly organized and capable of managing multiple opportunities simultaneously.
Fluent in English and Italian.
Willingness to travel as needed.
