Senior EMEA Commercial Excellence Data Analyst (SFE & Pricing)
The Senior EMEA Commercial Excellence Data Analyst is a hands‑on, data‑driven role that supports both Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) and Pricing functions within Commercial Excellence.
Responsibilities
CRM Data Integrity & Adoption Analytics: Analyze and assess SFDC data, build adoption dashboards to track usage against defined metrics, identify areas of improvement and recommend corrective actions.
Sales Process Efficiency: Support mapping of current SFDC workflows, measure cycle times, identify areas of improvement, and provide data‑driven insights to simplify and align sales processes for improved efficiency.
Training Impact Measurement: Collect and analyze post‑training CRM usage metrics; produce reports that quantify training effectiveness and identify gaps for follow‑up.
Pipeline Health & Forecast Accuracy Support: Maintain and enhance Win Room data sets; run predictive analytics on funnel conversion and forecast accuracy; deliver insights to inform interventions.
Insight Generation for Continuous Improvement: Leverage CRM and commercial data to uncover patterns in sales behaviors, opportunity progression, and tool adoption. Translate findings into recommendations for the SFE Manager and country teams.
Program & Platform Enablement: Provide support for SFE initiatives; assist in onboarding of new team members and maintain process and policy documentation.
Pricing Data Management & Accuracy: Support the team to maintain and validate pricing data (e.g., list prices, pricing corridors). Support quality checks to ensure accuracy for online quotation tool and support profitability metrics.
List Price Support: Assist in managing the portfolio of list prices, help develop revenue models and support the preparation of proposals for EMEA leadership.
Price Corridor Governance: Create and update price corridors in CPQ system, monitor compliance and flag areas for improvement.
Pricing KPI Reporting & Insights: Compile and analyze metrics (rebates, free‑of‑charge, profitability); produce dashboards and monthly commentary for Commercial Excellence and EMEA Leadership.
Program & Platform Enablement: Provide support for pricing initiatives; assist in onboarding of new team members and maintain process and policy documentation.
Requirements
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data/Analytics or related field; Master’s a plus.
5+ years total experience in commercial analytics, ideally spanning SFE and/or Pricing within Healthcare/MedTech/Pharma; distributor‑led markets exposure is advantageous.
Technical Skills
Power BI (strong): data modelling and an ability to build scalable, self‑service dashboards.
MS Excel.
MS PowerPoint.
SFDC.
Advanced data analytics (e.g., Python, SQL, R) – desirable.
CPQ systems.
Business & Functional Skills
Strong business planning mindset and the ability to translate analytics into insights for commercial decisions and prioritized actions.
Strong project management skills and experience.
Core Skills
Clear, concise communication; ability to tell a compelling story.
Excellent written communication skills.
Collaborative and able to influence without authority.
Organized, able to manage multiple objectives and tasks and operate in a matrixed EMEA environment.
Languages & Mobility
Fluent English required; another European language strongly preferred.
Willingness to travel occasionally within EMEA.
