The ideal candidate will be hands-on, detail-oriented, and capable of working in both laboratory and real-world settings.About the RoleThe Electrical Engineer will be involved in the development, testing, and optimization of electronic and electrical systems across a range of applications.Key ResponsibilitiesOperate laboratory equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, and thermal imaging camerasWork with DC brushed and brushless motor control systems and power electronicsProgram microcontrollers in C, with experience on STM32 and STM8 platformsDesign and size wiring for electrical systemsCreate and interpret schematics and PCB layoutsPerform hands-on interventions on machines and support lab testing and prototyping activitiesCollaborate closely with other engineers and teams, both locally and internationallyMaintain documentation and reports in EnglishBe available for occasional short-term travel within Italy and abroadRequirementsDegree in Electrical / Electronic Engineering or related fieldStrong practical knowledge of electrical and electronic systemsExperience with microcontroller programming (preferably STM32 / STM8 in C)Competency in creating schematics and designing PCBsFamiliarity with laboratory tools and safety protocolsProficiency in Microsoft Office package, Sap knowledge a plusSolid understanding of project management methodologiesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)Team player with a proactive attitude and attention to detailElectronic Specialist • Reggio Emilia, IT
