Join to apply for the Senior Distribution Experience Manager role at GeneraliWithin the Group Chief Marketing & Customer Office function, we are looking for a talented and proactive resource to join the Group Distribution Experience Unit, which leads global transformation of distribution channels by enhancing customer experience through harmonized advisory processes, training, usage of digital tools and incentives.It empowers Business Units with tools and insights — such as the Distributor Net Promoter Score, Digital & Advisory Tools, CRM adoption programs — to elevate distributor engagement, drive commercial impact, and foster a community of excellence.Key responsibilities of the role will include:Leading DNPS Program: manage the end-to-end DNPS program by ensuring proper implementation, coordinating execution across BUs, analyzing results, translating insights into actionable improvements, and facilitating knowledge sharing, best practice exchange, and strategic alignment across BUsDriving Distribution Market-Level Transformation: Based on DNPS insights, prioritize & promote strategic actions to drive distribution transformation across channelsEmbedding strategic programs into daily operations: partner with local distribution teams to embed programs (NMWH adoption, Insurance in a box, Advisory tools) into daily operations—supporting change management, training, and adoption to ensure meaningful transformationMonitoring & Evaluating Transformation Impact: continuously assess the effectiveness of transformation initiatives by gathering and analyzing distributor feedback and performance metrics, and track adoption levels and operational outcomes to ensure sustained impact and inform future improvementsBeing the Champion for Cross-Functional Innovation & Improvement: promote a culture of innovation and continuous improvement across distribution channels, and partner with cross-functional teams to enhance distributor experience and accelerate transformation initiativesRequirementsOur ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:At least 10 years of experience in Digital/Sales & MarketingDeeply knowledgeable about the reference local market, with proven expertise in distribution and digital topicsSharp analytical skillsComfortable operating at a senior level, with strong strategic thinking and stakeholder management skillsA confident communicator who can influence and inspire at the executive levelEnjoy driving change and pushing transformationSelf-starter: initiate new projects and manage them end-to-endCompany ProfileGenerali Group Head Office is the guidelining unit of the Generali Group, one of the largest global insurance and asset management providers.
