Job Description:Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, execute, and optimize digital performance campaigns across programmatic, search (AdWords, Bing), social (Facebook, Twitter), and display platforms.Handle campaign processes end-to-end, including strategy development, media planning, ad setup, daily optimization, and performance reporting.Develop and manage impactful digital performance strategies to drive client success.Monitor and optimize campaign performance to ensure measurable results.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align digital initiatives with client goals.Build and maintain strong client relationships through strategic guidance and performance insights.Lead and mentor team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.Stay up to date with digital marketing trends and tools to ensure innovative and effective solutions.RequirementsBachelor or Master’s Degree in Communication or similar fields3-4 years of experience in digital performance campaign management.Proficiency in search and social platforms (AdWords, Bing, Facebook, Twitter) and display performance vendors.Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on performance strategy and campaign management.Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.Excellent communication and client-facing skills.Leadership capabilities and experience in managing or mentoring teams.Proactive mindset with a passion for delivering results and driving innovation.Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.#LI-DNILocation:MilanBrand:CaratTime Type:Full timeContract Type:Permanent
