We are recruitinga highly motivated and proactive DevOps Engineer to become a part of our client'stechnical team.Responsibilities include collaborating with HPC support personnel to address user inquiries and resolve technical issues via phone, email, and in-person.Duties encompass troubleshooting interactive problems, seeing client issue tickets through to resolution, documenting solutions in a knowledgebase, collaborating with application and system administrators to identify advanced solutions, setting up and configuring applications, analysing and enhancing application performance, and creating and delivering user training.Essential Skills:3 years of experience in similar rolesGood knowledge of Italian and English languagesExperience in Linux Enterprise (Redhat EL, SLES, etc.) and Linux environments (bash scripting,system setup & configuration)Experience in DevOps toolchainsExperience with containers (Kubernetes)Experience with AWS infrastructure (EC2, S3, Fargate)Strong technical consulting and support skillsPreferential requirements:Experience with automation tools (Ansible, Terraform)Experience with version control systems and CI/CD procedures (GitHub / Gitlab, Jenkins)If you are interested in the position, apply today!
