You will work to create new reports, improve current reports, and ensure that we have safe, well-modeled data to support decision-making.ResponsibilitiesPartner with Product Owners and Data TeamsCreate new dashboards and maintain / improve existing reports such as Product ReportsUser behavior analysis and aha moment analysisAnalyze data to generate actionable insights, identify trends, patterns, and provide recommendations to maximize KPIsMonitor metricsDesign and build robust data models in SQLGive and receive actionable feedback with peers and the Leadership TeamQualificationsDegree in an analytical field such as Math, Data Science or EconomicsAt least 3+ years of work experience as a Data AnalystStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to identify trends and insights in large datasetsExcellent verbal communicationAbility to think strategically and make data-driven decisions aligned with organizational goalsExperience in Product AnalyticsExperience with Mixpanel, GA4, Amplitude or similarAdvanced SQLExperience with BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, or similarExperience in subscription businessAbility to adapt quickly, learn new tools and work effectively in a high-pressure, fast-changing environmentNice to haveStrong spoken and written EnglishExperience in Marketing AnalyticsExperience with Python or RExperience with GCP, BigQueryExperience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.Experience with orchestration frameworks such as AirflowExperience with git and code review processesLocationRuby Labs operates within the CET (Central European Time) zone.
