You are the expert, providing strategic guidance and helping execute strategies to drive their success to a new level.The impact you'll have :Be the driving force behind customer satisfaction, acting as the main point of contact and advocate for their success.Establish strong customer relationships through personalized consultations, expert advice, and customized strategies.Lead the onboarding process for new customers, ensuring a smooth and effective process.Monitor and analyze our customer’s key performance indicators (KPIs).Use data-driven insights to make recommendations for operational improvements.Troubleshoot issues and proactively identify opportunities for performance optimization to empower our customer’s successCollect feedback to understand customer satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.Your future work-life could be this :Purpose : Play a key role in shaping the innovative marketing technology industry.Culture : A transparent company culture at eye level, where every individual is valued and supported.Strategy : Participate in shaping the company strategy and culture during quarterly Strategy Days.Growth : Tackle challenging tasks and develop yourself further by taking on responsibilities from day one and receiving a personal development roadmap.Events : Regular events for the entire team, both on-site and off-site.Flexibility : Work in a hybrid model with 2 days / week on-site and 30-60 days per year from your desired location.Your experiences and skills :5+ years of proven experience as Digital / Performance Marketing Manager or Consultant, preferably in a Media Agency.Demonstrated interest in startup culture and familiarity with agile frameworks.Demonstrated experience managing large budget investments on main digital channels (Google Ads, Meta, Campaign Manager etc.)Exceptional customer relationship-building skills.Analytical and problem-solving skills to effectively use software, explain its features, and leverage its capabilities to solve clients' problems.Outstanding organizational skills and advanced ability to structure and prioritize work efficiently.Experience collaborating effectively with product and sales teams is a plus.Business fluent in Italian and English (German is a plus).J-18808-Ljbffr
