With our products ranging from 11 up to 90 meters working height, we offer our customers flexibility, maximum performance, and innovations for their success.Become part of this fascination!To expand our team for the technical support and on-site repairs, we are now looking for a highly motivatedPRIMARY RESPONSABILITIES :Perform 2nd-Level Support for Smart Class Platforms (produced in Italy)Handling of warranty cases (mainly Smart Class) and diagnose of hydraulic and electrical systems of Smart Class PlatformsCreation of market communication (service info / actions / recalls),Identify and handle problems coming from the marketFrequent contact with internal departments (Quality, R&D, Operations, Procurement) and Participate in cross-department meetingsPartially prepare, execute and follow-up of on-site trouble shootingQUALIFICATIONS :Successfully completed education, e.g. mechatronics engineers, electrician, electronic technician or similarExperience in service engineering, national and / or abroad, Experience in maintenance, servicing, and repair of machinery,Sound knowledge in electrics and hydraulicsCustomer-oriented mentality and communication skills,Knowledge about the access platforms market, e.g. window cleaning, green services, wind energy and rental are an advantageWillingness to travel globally (20-30%)Must speak English and ItalianWHAT WE OFFER :A very interesting and challenging full-time job in an international environmentRoom for your own ideas that we evaluate together and reward upon successExtensive continuing and individual education programCompetitive compensation package (paid vacation, paid holidays)A friendly team, open door policy and informal company cultureAre you interested in the position and still have questions?
