As a Senior MEP Cost Manager at Linesight, you will work with highly experienced, culturally diverse, and passionate teams, fostering a strong social dynamic and a shared sense of achievement. For us, lasting trusted relationships are paramount, both with our teams and our clients.In this role, you will:Analyze cost reports and review them regularly with senior management.Conduct budget preparation, including detailed cost modeling and benchmarking analysis, and review these with senior management.Manage project costs against the budget throughout the project lifecycle, including cost reviews, value engineering, and cost-saving initiatives to enhance client value.Monitor the financial close-out process on all projects, including settling with vendors.Oversee and guide commercial change management and change evaluation efforts.Manage the RFP process through to procurement for project services and products.Proactively lead all efforts related to commercial risk management.Review analytics related to project portfolio cash flow and earned value analysis.We would love to hear from you if you:Have M&E cost management experience from a consultancy background.Have worked on hyperscale data center, pharma, or heavy industrial projects.Are savvy in understanding business models and market opportunities.Possess a degree or equivalent experience in construction, business, finance, or a related field.Have a strong sense of ownership and accountability, thriving in a fast-paced environment.Are an excellent communicator, both verbally and in writing.Are detail-oriented and focused on quality.Enjoy a dynamic environment with opportunities to manage your priorities and deadlines independently.About usSince 1974, we’ve been providing construction consultancy services that keep clients returning.
