Building lasting, trusted relationships with colleagues and clients is fundamental to our approach.In this role, you will:Analyze cost reports and review findings with senior managementConduct budget preparation, including detailed cost modelling, benchmarking, and reviews with senior managementManage project costs throughout the project lifecycle, including cost reviews, value engineering, and cost-saving initiatives to enhance client valueOversee financial close-out processes, including vendor settlementsGuide commercial change management and evaluate change impactsManage RFPs through to procurement for project services and productsLead commercial risk management efforts proactivelyReview analytics related to project cash flow and earned value analysisWe would love to hear from you if you:Have M&E cost management experience from a consultancy backgroundHave worked on hyperscale data center, pharmaceutical, or heavy industrial projectsUnderstand business models and market opportunitiesPossess a degree or equivalent experience in construction, business, finance, or related fieldsHave a strong sense of ownership and accountability, thriving in fast-paced environmentsAre an excellent communicator, both verbally and in writingAre detail-oriented and focused on qualityEnjoy managing priorities and deadlines in a dynamic environmentAbout usSince 1974, we have provided construction consultancy services that foster repeat business.
