As a Senior MEP Cost Manager at Linesight, you will work with highly experienced, culturally diverse, and passionate teams, fostering a strong social dynamic and shared achievement. Building lasting, trusted relationships with our teams and clients is central to our values.In this role, you will:Analyze cost reports and review findings with senior managementPrepare budgets, including detailed cost modeling and benchmarking, and conduct reviews with senior managementManage project costs against budgets, including cost reviews, value engineering, and cost-saving initiatives to enhance client valueOversee project financial close-out, including vendor settlementsGuide commercial change management and evaluate change requestsManage RFPs through to procurement for project services and productsLead commercial risk management efforts proactivelyReview analytics related to project cash flow and earned value analysisWe would love to hear from you if you:Have M&E cost management experience from a consultancy backgroundHave worked on hyperscale data centers, pharmaceutical, or heavy industrial projectsUnderstand business models and market opportunitiesPossess a degree or equivalent experience in construction, business, finance, or related fieldsDemonstrate ownership, accountability, and thrive in fast-paced environmentsAre an excellent communicator, both verbally and in writingAre detail-oriented and focused on qualityEnjoy managing priorities and deadlines in a dynamic environmentAbout usSince 1974, we have provided construction consultancy services that foster repeat business.
