What you can expect from the role

Contribute to all project phases from the conceptual design to the successful implementation of the project.
Deliver high‑quality client presentations and deliverables (scoping documents, business process flows, project timelines, executive readouts, etc.).
Contribute in business process analysis and assessments.
Perform software configuration, develop functional specifications, and conduct functional testing of the system.
Manage data migrations and system conversion activities.
Be in charge of the implementation of the Finance modules (General Accounting, Treasury, Controlling, Asset Management…).
Lead improvement strategy on Italian localization.
Support customers with your expertise and guidance in the change management process.

What we will look for in your CV

Graduated with a master’s degree in Engineering or Economics from a top university or business school.
At least 5+ years of experience in Finance, Controlling, Accounting, or Audit.
Experience in ERP implementation projects (IFS, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft, Infor).
Fluent in Italian and English (other European languages are considered a plus).
Client‑oriented work ethic with excellent international team‑working abilities.
Available to travel up to 60‑70% of the time.
