For us, lasting trusted relationships are everything, both with our teams and our clients.In this role you will :Partner closely with the Project Manager to support overall schedule management.Be a visible safety leader onsite, actively participating in daily health and safety management, as well as safety auditing.Assist with project closeout processes and documentation, ensuring expectations are met for project approval.Work with key partners to ensure all variations are captured and costs issued to the client.Ensure resources are appropriate to meet current and future commitments and to maximize opportunities.Lead and attend key meetings to monitor progress, collaborate on solving problems, and communicate impacts to partners.Coordinate with QA, Commissions, and EHS teams to ensure excellent project delivery.Manage and track all project costs, including labour, materials, plant, equipment, variations, and valuations.Oversee sub-contractor activities, tracking progress against schedule and labour levels.Lead overall construction efforts as part of a client team, focusing on logistics and handover.Monitor daily field activities, manage information flow, and report on progress, quality, and safety issues.We would love to hear from you if you :Are an experienced construction manager on large-scale projects with increasing leadership responsibilities.Have a degree or comparable experience in Construction Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related discipline.Have strong knowledge of the full design and construction process.Possess a professional certification, or are seeking one.
