As a Senior Construction Manager at Linesight, you will work with highly experienced, culturally diverse, and passionate teams, fostering a strong social dynamic and shared sense of achievement. For us, lasting trusted relationships are essential, both with our teams and clients.In this role, you will:Partner closely with the Project Manager to support overall schedule management.Be a visible safety leader onsite, actively participating in daily health and safety management and safety audits.Assist with project closeout processes and documentation, ensuring all expectations are met for project approval.Work with key partners to ensure all variations are captured and costs are issued to the client.Ensure resources are appropriate to meet current and future commitments and to maximize opportunities.Lead and attend key meetings to monitor progress, collaborate on solving problems, and communicate impacts to partners.Liaise with key partners in QA, commissioning, and EHS to ensure excellent project delivery.Manage and track all project costs, including labor, materials, plant, equipment, variations, and valuations.Manage subcontractor activities, including tracking progress against schedule and labor levels.Lead overall construction efforts as part of a client team, focusing on logistics and handover.Monitor daily activities in the field, managing information flow, and reporting and tracking issues related to progress, quality, and safety.We would love to hear from you if you:Are an experienced construction manager on large-scale projects with increasing leadership responsibilities.Possess a degree or comparable experience in Construction Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a similar discipline.Have strong knowledge of the full design and construction process.Hold a professional certification, or are seeking one. We can assist with this.Have a proven track record of managing large projects with excellent results.Can mobilize people and teams, driving successful project delivery.Are effective at building good working relationships within complex structures across projects, clients, and internal partners.Since 1974, we’ve provided construction consultancy services that keep clients returning.
