Building lasting, trusted relationships with our teams and clients is central to our values.In this role, you will:Partner closely with the Project Manager to support overall schedule management.Be a visible safety leader onsite, actively participating in health and safety management and safety audits.Assist with project closeout processes and documentation, ensuring all expectations are met for project approval.Collaborate with key partners to ensure all variations are captured and costs are communicated to the client.Ensure resources are appropriate to meet current and future commitments and to maximize opportunities.Lead and attend key meetings to monitor progress, collaborate on problem-solving, and communicate impacts to partners.Coordinate with QA, Commissioning, and EHS teams to ensure excellent project delivery.Manage and track all project costs, including labour, materials, plant, equipment, variations, and valuations.Oversee sub-contractor activities, tracking progress against schedule and labour levels.Lead overall construction efforts as part of a client team, focusing on logistics and handover.Monitor daily activities in the field, manage information flow, and report issues related to progress, quality, and safety.We would love to hear from you if you:Are an experienced construction manager on large-scale projects with increasing leadership responsibilities.Hold a degree or equivalent experience in Construction Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related discipline.Possess strong knowledge of the full design and construction process.Have or are seeking professional certification; we can assist with this.Have a proven track record of managing large projects successfully.Can mobilize teams and drive successful project delivery.Are effective at building strong working relationships within complex project structures.Since 1974, we’ve been providing construction consultancy services that keep clients coming back.
