Professional Skills• Familiar with logistics market operations and local logistics provider resources in the target region.• Strong negotiation and communication skills, with proven experience in commercial discussions.• Solid understanding of logistics cost control, process optimization, and KPI management.• Proficiency in using data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, BI tools) to support decision-making.3. Language & Communication• Excellent command of English (both written and spoken); proficiency in an additional local language is a plus.• Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally.
