We are looking for a candidate with proven experience in designing & implementing complex cloud infrastructures based on OpenStack and in managing automation through Terraform & Ansible Kolla.
Location: completely full remote – Italy based.

Key Responsibilities

Develop detailed designs for cloud solutions aligned with engineering architecture guidelines
Implement cloud infrastructures based on OpenStack & develop automation using Ansible Kolla & Terraform
Standardize configurations, procedures & operational processes
Prepare technical documentation, including operational guides, technical diagrams & standards
Conduct testing & handover activities to operational teams
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success
Contribute to the continuous improvement of cloud platforms

Requirements

5+ years of experience as a Cloud Engineer
Background as a Systems Engineer, with strong expertise in Linux systems & distributed infrastructures
In-depth knowledge of OpenStack
Advanced experience with Terraform & Kolla
Experience with private cloud or proprietary CSP environments
Advanced troubleshooting skills
