The selected individuals will work alongside the sponsor and CRO monitoring teams to enhance oversight and ensure full compliance with protocol, Good Clinical Practice (GCP), and regulatory requirements.Key Responsibilities:Conduct targeted site visits to verify adherence to protocol, data accuracy, and sample handling integrity, with a particular focus on high-risk procedures and critical study endpoints.Observe study conduct, review source documentation, and confirm proper sample processing and chain-of-custody procedures.Escalate potential compliance or data quality risks in real time to the sponsor.Act as a liaison between site staff, sponsor, and CRO monitor to facilitate prompt resolution of issues.Utilize insights and lessons learned from previous studies to proactively mitigate operational risks.Document oversight activities in alignment with sponsor quality management procedures and contribute to ongoing risk assessment throughout the study.Requirements:8-10 years of experience in Clinical Research.Capability of working independently while maintaining strong communication with the sponsor team.Excellent English proficiency (reading, writing, and verbal communication) is required.Ability to support sponsor needs during US business hours (East Coast time zone).Consultants will be considered extensions of the sponsor team.This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with hands-on CRA experience and a strong commitment to clinical research excellence.
