Responsibilities

SupportingtheGlobalCommodityManagerandcoordinatingwithbuyersofone'sUnit,todefinethe strategyfor procuringMaterial&PermanentSystemsgoods;
SupportingandbeinginchargefortheoverallSourcingProcessincludingDefiningtheSupplierListintheVendorList, preparingtherequestforproposaltosendtosuppliers,andmanagingcommercial and contractual negotiationactivitieswiththeidentifiedsuppliers,to pursuethefollowingtargets: inexpensiveness, synergy, qualitativeexcellenceand leadtimeoptimization;
EnsurecompliancewithGlobalSupplyChainandCompanyPolicies;
Analyzing,comparingandassessingtheoffersreceivedbysuppliers,alsoguaranteeingthattheyaretechnicallycheckedbyrequestingCorporate Departments/OperationalUnits.Also,preparingsummary tablesofthefinaloffersandrecommendations;
Drawingupthetermsandconditionsofagreements/purchaseorders,withthesupportoftheLegalDepartmentandContractDepartment, whilealsocoordinatingwithrequestingDepartments;
Supportingsupplierrelations,incompliancewiththeCompany'sCodeofEthics,itsOrganization,ManagementandControlModel, pursuanttoLegislativeDecree231/2001,anditsAnti-CorruptionModel;
SupportingRegionalSupplyChainManagersandProcurementManagers,tocreateprocurementplans fortheOperationalUnits, tomaximizeefficiencyand effectiveness;
Supportingreportanalysisactivitiesandidentifyingcorrectivemeasures,inagreementwiththeGlobal CommodityManagerandVendorManagement, tomanageandmitigatecriticalissuesdetected whilecarryingouttheprocurementprocess;

Requirements

5 plus years'experienceinthesameroleinmultinationalcontexts;
Supplybaseselection,developmentandmanagement;
Capableofcarryingoutprimecostdrivervalueanalyses;

Skills

ERP(SAP)knowledge.
