Job DescriptionAim of the position :Manage Italian market or regional Clients in the Advertiser Commercial divisionSet up and deliver a strategic growth plan focused on the clients who are part of the assigned client portfolio and white spaceSupport the Advertisers & Agencies leadership team in finding new growth opportunities in the local market or on specific regional targets.Develop commercial opportunities with new Local big AdvertisersBe constantly updated on product and solutions as well as the market landscape and strategic relations.QualificationsResponsibilities :Achieve and exceed targets for renewals and new businessManage portfolio of clients including local, regional and global stakeholders for existing revenue, including high level negotiations, as well as new partnership opportunities and account developments.Own and develop relationships with strategic Advertisers for upsell, cross sell and timely renewals.Support the Advertisers & Agencies growth initiative via outreach to White Space Advertisers, adopting sales initiatives and available tools (including but not limited to Sales Navigator, Salesloft and Comvergence) working across finance and IT verticalsQuarterly Business Reviews with clients to ensure partnership and collaboration across their business challenges.Proactive with sharing knowledge across the team, aiding collaboration and upskilling.Be constantly updated on product and solutions as well as the market landscape and strategic relations.Utilise Salesforce to track the entire sales and contract renewal cycle, with a focus on accurate forecasting of revenue.Work in cooperation with the Delivery team in engaging the client and defining / collecting the client’s KPIsSkills : Commercial AcumenPipeline ManagementNegotiation SkillsPresentation SkillsKnowledge of Audience measurement solutions, particular Nielsen ONE, Media Analytics and Ad IntelKnowledge of the advertising and media market landscapeAdditional InformationLI-KP1Please be aware that job-seekers may be at risk of targeting by scammers seeking personal data or money.
