Senior Business Developer – Data & AI

In the Data, AI & Analytics Department we are dedicated to the evolution and optimisation of the entire data‑related value chain. We ensure structured and strategic management of the IT assets, defining the most advanced architectures and analysis methodologies to oversee the main drivers of efficiency and innovation. We are committed to strengthening a function that is increasingly focused on generating value, embedded in core business processes and capable of generating a concrete impact on the Group's strategy and growth.
Join our sales team specialising in the sale of Data & AI solutions with the aim of creating value for the Company by contributing sustainably to the Group’s growth.
Responsibilities
Develop new markets and handle cross‑selling opportunities from existing customers as well as inbound requests, outbound campaigns, events, and networking
Drive full‑cycle sales processes, from qualification and negotiation to closing, onboarding, renewals, and continuous upselling across the customer base
Maintain a data‑driven sales approach by following the Sales Playbook, tracking KPIs, and ensuring accurate CRM management
Collect customer insights and feedback to support continuous improvement and alignment between sales, marketing, and product teams
Support industry‑tailored demos and collaborate with Professional Services teams to design and develop proof‑of‑conceptions that address client needs
Required Skills
Previous experience in a fast‑paced environment focused on Tech Solutions (Data Software and Solutions is considered a plus)
Adept at expanding relationships within existing customer bases and driving incremental revenue
Capable of understanding customer challenges and positioning solutions that deliver measurable value
Skilled at building and managing a strong sales pipeline through inbound, outbound, and other channels
Ability to identify, prospect, and convert new opportunities in an unestablished market
Experience maintaining long‑term relationships to ensure adoption, retention, and growth
Fluency in English (C1) is mandatory as it is central to guarantee the alignment with the product team, based in France
