Business Consultant for Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Solutions (m/f/d)
Are you passionate about optimizing business processes and implementing cutting-edge ERP technologies? Join our team as a Business Consultant for Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Solutions , with a focus on Finance and/or Supply Chain Management modules.
Responsibilities:

Drive the successful implementation of ERP projects in close collaboration with your team —this includes conducting requirements analyses, facilitating workshops, and designing tailored solution concepts
Manage sub-projects and support all phases of an ERP implementation
Act as a liaison between customers, internal teams, and our R&D experts
Perform business process analyses for international clients, both within and outside the Würth Group
Develop innovative solutions to enhance our customers’ operational efficiency
Organize and conduct customer workshops throughout the project lifecycle
Stay up to date with the latest Microsoft Dynamics 365 features and explore modern cloud and AI-based technologies

Requirements:

Strong interest in consulting and business process optimization
Professional experience in ERP consulting (Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, or similar platforms)
Project management experience is a plus
Excellent analytical skills and a structured, conceptual approach to problem-solving
Strong communication skills and a proactive, service-oriented mindset
Team player with a high degree of customer orientation
Willingness to travel internationally
Strong IT affinity and technical understanding
University degree in Economics, Business Informatics, Computer Science, or Industrial Engineering
Fluency in German and English is required
