Colossus Digital is a technical provider in blockchain, helping institutions like banks, funds, and custodians participate in blockchain ecosystems, focusing on staking. Colossus digital created the Institutional Hub, a B2B Marketplace that enables secure, compliant staking directly from custody providers, such as Ledger Enterprise, Fireblocks or Dfns, unlocking asset productivity across multiple blockchains.
We’re looking for a Middle/Senior Backend Developer to lead and scale our backend systems. You’ll own architecture, drive performance, and ensure security across our microservices and AKS infrastructure.
What you’ll bring

Strong experience with Node.js (NestJS preferred)
Expertise in microservices, cloud platforms (GCP/AWS), and Docker/Kubernetes
Solid knowledge of MongoDB, API design, and backend security (OAuth2, JWT)
Leadership in architecture and mentoring
Testing Frameworks (such as Jest)
Secure, scalable microservices architecture
Work with top-tier blockchain experts
